Home workout equipment will always save you time and money in the long run. That should jog your memory and set you up for success for your own workouts. Finding the ones enjoyable to you are the most important, but don't neglect the areas you are having trouble with. Encompassing your entire body throughout the week is important for your physical and mental health. Like if you enjoy working your upper body then don't forget to get the lower part as well. No one wants to walk around looking like Mr. Crabs. Large top and small legs. So, plan accordingly for a full body workout at least a few times a week.

Find a good Youtube personality that is actually credible in the field before doing a video. Most people just want an easy way to get toned and lose body fat. About 3/4 of the effort is controlling portion size and eating good food.
What do I mean by that? Eating non-processed meals that are made with whole foods. Pretty much almost anything that doesn't come in a bag or box. Real fruits and vegetables. Quality meat not pumped full of hormones and antibiotics, not full of nitrates or preservatives, and definitely not fast food. If you're a bit over and have a hard time putting down the soda pop or fountain drinks, consuming too much pasta or potatoes, and downing a ton of juice then your diet needs help first before paying for a gym. Do yourself a favor and take a look at your nutrition before deciding to pay for a gym membership if you know you're on the unhealthy side. |
